An Acupressure Point for Hot Flashes: LI 4 acupressure point (Large Intestine 4) was my cure for hot flashes. Just hold the point evenly on each hand when you feel a hot flash come on and don’t let go until it goes away. Your hot flash will go away faster and over time they should diminish. In my case they completely went away and I also had no night sweats.

This wonderful point is also good for headaches, motion sickness, neck pain and more. Hold the point and gently roll your neck to diminish neck pain.

Take it easy on yourself, you don’t have to hold the point hard. It’s not one of those things where the harder you hold it the better, all we need to do is to stimulate the point. So hold on, but not too tight.

Bee Pollen for Overall Health:  Bee pollen is an elixir for our sexual organs. It helped me to maintain emotional balance during menopause. Also, if every man in America ate bee pollen those little blue pills would be obsolete. When possible, get a local bee pollen. Start with one grain and add in a grain each day. If you have an allergic reaction then back off for a while before you start increasing your dose again. We build up the bee pollen slowly to make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction.

Moringa Seeds for Depression and Overall Health: When you have menopause it may affect your seratonin levels, we are talking depression. For me menopause was five years of insanity, but I went into it with poor health and without the knowledge I have now. In my opinion, diet, exercise and relaxation/mediation/yoga are the basis of health. At least those three elements have saved me from the chronic pain, sickness and migraines that came along with Lyme Disease.

Moringa seeds feed the seratonin in our brains. If only I knew about Moringa seeds years ago and especially when going through menopause. Eating Moringa seeds also:

Have great antioxidant benefits; vitamin A, C, B complex and other free radical busters. They are good for overall good health. They have anti-carcinogenic effects. They contain plenty of zinc, helps regulate insulin. They have anti-inflammatory properties, have lots of vitamin A and are loaded with protein.
