Make Your Own Super 8 Shea Nerium Skin Creme

Tonight I began work on the book explaining in great detail how to make Super 8 Shea Nerium Skin Creme. The recipe and process that took me two years to create given to you in one little book. My goal is for an April 1, 2017, release as an Amazon digital book.

I look forward to hearing how you like making your own anti-aging face cream.

Super Simple, No Fry Veggie Curry

I am addicted to this. It’s tasty, easy to make and good for us. As I don’t always tolerate fried foods that well I steam the veggies. We all know fresh tastes better, but I usually have a few bags of frozen organic mixed vegetables in the freezer.

When steaming, I place about a quarter cup of filtered water in the bottom of the pan and cook under medium heat. If you do it a few times you’ll get the feel for how much and how long. I like my veggies crispy.

While the veggies are steaming I make a paste out of coconut oil (organic of course) and curry powder in the bottom of my favorite bowl. Then I drop the steamed veggies in the bowl and stir in the paste that melts all over them. As I want lots of coconut oil in my diet I tend to go heavy on it, maybe two to three tablespoons per bowl. The beauty of this recipe is you make it how you like. More or less coconut oil, more or less curry. I have been putting in about a tablespoon and a half of curry.

The curry I use is a mix of: turmeric, paprika, fenugreek, coriander, black pepper, cumin, ginger, celery seed, cloves, caraway and cayenne.

Enjoy!

Menopause and Natural Health

An Acupressure Point for Hot Flashes: LI 4 acupressure point (Large Intestine 4) was my cure for hot flashes. Just hold the point evenly on each hand when you feel a hot flash come on and don’t let go until it goes away. Your hot flash will go away faster and over time they should diminish. In my case they completely went away and I also had no night sweats.

This wonderful point is also good for headaches, motion sickness, neck pain and more. Hold the point and gently roll your neck to diminish neck pain.

Take it easy on yourself, you don’t have to hold the point hard. It’s not one of those things where the harder you hold it the better, all we need to do is to stimulate the point. So hold on, but not too tight.

Bee Pollen for Overall Health:  Bee pollen is an elixir for our sexual organs. It helped me to maintain emotional balance during menopause. Also, if every man in America ate bee pollen those little blue pills would be obsolete. When possible, get a local bee pollen. Start with one grain and add in a grain each day. If you have an allergic reaction then back off for a while before you start increasing your dose again. We build up the bee pollen slowly to make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction.

Moringa Seeds for Depression and Overall Health: When you have menopause it may affect your seratonin levels, we are talking depression. For me menopause was five years of insanity, but I went into it with poor health and without the knowledge I have now. In my opinion, diet, exercise and relaxation/mediation/yoga are the basis of health. At least those three elements have saved me from the chronic pain, sickness and migraines that came along with Lyme Disease.

Moringa seeds feed the seratonin in our brains. If only I knew about Moringa seeds years ago and especially when going through menopause. Eating Moringa seeds also:

Have great antioxidant benefits; vitamin A, C, B complex and other free radical busters. They are good for overall good health. They have anti-carcinogenic effects. They contain plenty of zinc, helps regulate insulin. They have anti-inflammatory properties, have lots of vitamin A and are loaded with protein. Moringa seeds are high in vitamin C and rich in minerals. This is a short list and it pays to do some research. I purchase my Moringa seeds from Paisley Farms in Florida.

Also, Moringa seeds are famous for increasing sexual libido in men and women alike. Again, like with the bee pollen, over time you should lose the need for those little blue pills. Enjoy!

Love Your Beautiful Self

I like looking my best and that has a lot to do with creating the organic Menrva’s Kiss Shea Nerium Skin Creme products. Still, we must not forget that true beauty comes from the inside. Sure, it’s wonderful to take good care of ourselves and to look our best, but we have nothing if we can’t see the real beauty that shines brightest.

Menrva’s Kiss Pain Balm on the Way

We have had positive results when testing our organic pain balm, so it looks like about two weeks and it will be available on this website.

I am excited about this addition to Menrva’s Kiss, because when I tested it the pain balm worked! It has seven organic ingredients: arnica, white willow bark, stinging nettle, witch hazel, ginger, wintergreen (will probably change that to peppermint) and eucalyptus.

The herbs are infused in an organic shea butter and coconut oil base. We are using our new creamier formula for the shea/coconut oil and I like it a lot.

Some of the herbs are very pricey, but I’m trying to keep the cost around $20 for a four ounce jar with free shipping.

The Magical Stinging Nettle

While researching ingredients for my new anti-aging serum and pain balm I rediscovered the stinging nettle and had to share. The stinging nettle grows wildly in many parts of the United States and is often considered a weed. Stop pulling out your stinging nettle! Instead juice the raw leaves or dry them to make tea. You may also find that when buying herbs the stinging nettle is economical.

Here is a short list of the benefits of stinging nettle:

  • A natural cleanse that removes metabolic wastes and stimulates the lymph system.
  • Treats the pain of arthritis, gout, rheumatism and also pain from fibromyalgia, tendonitis and auto-immune disorders such as Lupus.
  • Reduces PMS and menopausal symptoms, helps remove fibroids and regulates menopausal flow.
  • Relief for allergies!
  • Helpful for the bladder and urinary tract in both sexes.
  • Digestive aid.
  • Relieves sore throat pain, nose bleeds and mouth sores.
  • Destroys intestinal worms and parasites!

How could I have overlooked this miraculous and economical healing plant? You will find it as an ingredient for several of the new products I am developing. Meanwhile, trot off the the health food store and buy a box of stinging nettle tea. As always, ask your health care professional before adding herbal items to your diet.

Enjoy!

What’s Next for Menrva’s Kiss

I am excited about the three products that are in development: a skin regenerating serum with a moringa oil base, a moringa and clay face mask, a pain balm with a shea butter base.

This is Menrva’s Kiss and that means our new products will be organic, just like the three available now. I’m having fun researching ingredients and I have a very special one in mind for the serum. I’ll keep you posted!

Don’t forget about our latest product: Super 8 Shea Nerium Skin Creme. It has eight times the nerium oleander than our original and I am loving the results on my skin! A little bit goes a long way and so I spread it all over after bathing. Beautiful skin should not stop with our face.
